AG founders Athan & Gus Arvanitis have dedicated over a decade to improving and simplifying the real estate investment experience through the right people, knowledge, and technology—for a strong and consistent result. Athan & Gus had privately acquired, developed, reconstruct, lease, sold and managed more that 200 in the past 5 years, worth over $15 million and has historically generated returns in excess of 25-40% from its investments. Equity is raised nationally & internationally from a wide group of private investors as well as through a variety of joint venture partners. We also work with multiple passive investors that we provide them with an ROI that ranges from 18%-25%.
